Project Info
Project Description
Location: South County Dublin
Project: Large Contemporary Extension
Building Type: Georgian House
Length of project: 5 Months
This project involved demolition of an existing small extension to the rear of this late Georgian residence. The idea was to create a light filled family room. The functions would include three zones, kitchen, living and dining. One of the most important requests was to create a seamless feel between the garden and the extension. In order to create maximum light we fitted a bespoke glass roof panel.
All the original features in the existing house were carefully maintained and restored where necessary.
“We just want to thank you and your team for such careful attention to our beautiful home. It was a pleasure working with you and your company, the stress free build was one thing that we were really grateful for. We will certainly refer our friends and family to you, I couldn’t recommend JP Moran highly enough. All our very best for the future.”
